After winning the AFC Championship game and qualifying to play in the 2008 Super Bowl, New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady returns to New York City and the apartment he shares with his supermodel girlfriend, Gisele Bundchen.

Perhaps if Tom delivers those lovely flowers with a kiss, Gisele will nurse her hunky man back to health.

Later that evening, the attractive twosome celebrated Tom’s win at NYC hotspot Butter, where they reportedly hung out with Bundchen’s ex, Leonardo DiCaprio.

Luckily Tom has two weeks to heal his injured foot before taking the field for Super Bowl XLII in Phoenix, AZ.
