With the OPEN PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOGUE (OPAC) you can manage your own library account, extend any borrowed items, and get an overview of all the materials available in our library.
 

Lending

The library is open to the public and use of books and media in the library is free of charge.

eLibrary

The eLibrary is a digital service offered by the Goethe-Institut China which allows you to borrow digital media.

Translation funding

Our translation funding programme supports the publication of books by German authors in another language.

BUCHSPAZIER-CLUB

Would you like to learn more about German literature? Do you want to learn more about German books that are interesting to read and not too difficult linguistically? Join us at the Buchspazier Club! At the Buchspazier Club, we meet once a month to "walk" (= get to know) a new book in the first part, and then discuss a book we've already read together in the second part, just like in a book club.
