Although things were tense for awhile, the former couple were photographed together laughing and joking while promoting their film “Shrek the Third.”
Around the same time, Cameron’s BFF Drew Barrymore broke up with her boyfriend of five years, Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti.
Burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese filed for divorce from rocker Marilyn Manson after just one year of marriage. It’s rumored that Marilyn’s relationship with 20-year-old actress Evan Rachel Wood was the main reason behind the split.
Anne Heche is a heartbreaker. Just like she dumped Ellen DeGeneres in 2000, this January the actress went on to dump her husband of five years, Coley Laffoon, for her “Men in Trees” co-star James Tupper. The couple has one son named Homer.
After four years of dating, fellow Canadians Alanis Morissette and Ryan Reynolds mutually decided to call off their engagement. Although Reynolds has moved on to Scarlett Johansson, so far Morissette hasn’t written a follow-up song to her hit, “You Oughta Know.”

Although she had just given birth to their twin daughters in December 2006, Kim Porter decided it was time to dump Sean “Diddy” Combs, her on-again/off-again boyfriend of 10 years. The couple also have a nine-year-old son together named Christian.
Supermodel Kate Moss’ relationship with Pete Doherty was filled with lots of ups and downs, and arrests and drug charges. Although Doherty announced they were planning to wed, Kate finally kicked the rocker of her London home in July when she suspected he was cheating on her with another model.
In July, Johnny Knoxville filed for divorce from Melanie Lynn Clapp, his wife of 12 years. Who knew that the wild star of “Jackass” even had a wife?
Everyone was surprised when model Padma Lakshmi married novelist Salman Rushdie, who is 23 years her senior. Unfortunately, their May-to-December romance did not last. After soaring to reality TV fame as host of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” Padma told hubby of three years to pack up his knives and go.
After almost five years of marriage and four kids, NBA star Shaquille O’Neal filed for divorce from his wife Shaunie in September.
